Customer Support Associate - Campaign

The Indiana Association of United Ways (IaUW) is a membership organization for Indiana’s United Ways. Our mission is, “Bringing Indiana United Ways together to help them create a successful future.”

Nonprofit Processing and Accounting Services (NP&AS) is a self-supporting program of IaUW. Utilizing current technology and employing experienced professionals, NP&AS provides pledge processing and campaign reporting, accounting, and technology services for United Ways, including United Ways located in 10 states.

NP&AS is growing and is now adding a staff position to assist the NP&AS Director with customer support.

Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Provides routine Andar campaign help desk support; takes phone calls and e-mails.
  • Helps users generate and interpret campaign reports. Assists with DB II reports and donor choice payouts. May also assist with thank you letters, cash receipts, and develop DMOs as needed.
  • Looks for opportunities to take users’ understanding and use of Andar to “the next level.”
  • Creates written “how-to’s” for users based on help desk requests.
  • Provides basic Andar training as needed.
  • Assists with the development of e-Pledge sites.
  • Work closely with other NP&AS team members to deliver timely, accurate, customer friendly service.
  • Interact with and maintains good relationships with all client organizations.

Requirements for this position:

  • A thorough understanding of United Way campaign management and reporting.
  • At least three years of hands-on experience using Andar.
  • Ability to communicate clearly and work closely with others in a team environment.
